Our fees for the services mentioned above will amount to 2% to 3% of a pre-determined project cost and will not include the cost of land, other professional fees payable or the interest/commitment charges on the term loan.

Once convinced of our ability to execute the project and interested in assigning us the project, you shall confirm the same by paying an advance amount. This amount will cover the services listed under Stage 1. Same will be again adjusted in the total cost of the entire project.

During the project execution period the payment pattern will be spread in following manner –

1. 30% before the commencement of Stage 2 – Systems Planning.
2. 25% before the commencement of Stage 3 – Technical Planning [A].
3. 20% before the commencement of Stage 3 – Technical Planning [B].
4. 15% before the commencement of Stage 4 – Operations Planning Control System.
5. 10% before the commencement of Stage 5 – Pre-Opening Services & Planning.

In addition to the above, we will be reimbursed all out of pocket expenses (including to & fro airfares, 3 star lodging & boarding) against the bills submitted by us.
